Thousands of students every year pass through campuses without any significant encounter with Jesus.  Thousands go by without ever hearing of or knowing about the Love of God and His Gospel.  In InterVarsity, it is our desire that every student on every campus has the opportunity to respond to a thoughtful and relevant encounter with God and His people.  We long for the day when every Christian student can be formed and trained for both life and witness.  

In order for this to come true, we will need more workers to share in the ministry.  There are three ways you can join us in our ministry to students in Chicagoland. 

• Join InterVarsity Staff: We are always looking for motivated and qualified people who have a passion for students and the college world to join us in full time ministry. (more info...)
• Become a Campus Intern: Through our Campus Intern Year program, we are able to provide ministry internships with a one-year commitment. (more info...)
• Volunteer with a Fellowship: Many of our campuses can be well served with capable volunteers who can help mentor students and assist staff in other ministry needs.
